may be is because i m a bitter old dog this morning, but it doesn't feel very fair to you and the rest of the people that live there, that they block public roads.
Specially when is not at anybody`s benefit.. is not a charitable organization, they don`t do any sort of "good for the need of the community" like feed the hungry or something but is all with the purpose of their own profit.
