Fursuiting for a cause - First annual Walk for Wolves

Though I just got back from a week long trip to Seattle and Vancouver, I packed the car again and headed down into Indiana to hang out with Slush and crash at his place. This made it a lot easier to get to Wolf Park at 9am for their first annual "Walk for Wolves" fundraiser. graywolf769 organized two groups of fursuiters (WolfTail, wildfox34 , iceleopard, quasiskunk (along with aragornwolf), perro, darkwolph, panth, and myself). I stole the  picture to the right from Graywolf. The adults and kids there loved us! According to the staff, the group and corporate sponsors raised over $20,000. Our group only did 4 laps.

On other note, I did get to hang out in Indiana with Graywolf, panth , and Slush. I had a great time hanging out with them all and enjoying the local culture. The only thing I'll say is this: Boy, do I feel old.

I'm not a college student any more. I can't party like a college student any more.I can't scream out at 4am like a college student. but I still get treated like one and  get carded like one. Oh well.... ^_^
