Well, the upper management/administration already knows all about his problems with management and leadership. There have already been multiple complaints made to the higher ups about his conduct with hospital staff, resident doctors, patients, and patients' families. He's still the boss because he has international name recognition. If he didn't have that, he'd be long gone.
I wish I could have given 2 weeks, but my contract says I have to give them a 3 month warning.
