So my previous car has been parked on a side street for over year (moving it when there is street cleaning). To not have to pay for registration, I put on my older license plate which is out of state. I'm not driving it so I didn't care. The registration expiration date was May 2008.

So a cop decides to write a ticket because of the expired out of state registartion. The license plate number is correct, but they mark it on the ticket as being from Michigan??!? Not sure why.

Either way, I not too sure I'll be paying this ticket any time soon.

Hmmm..

I wonder if there is someone in Michigan with my plate number...
