This being my first Furry Ski Weekend, I had no expectations. Other than dealing with high altitude sickness (being between 9200 and 12400 ft) for a few days, I had a blast! It was awesome skiing at Copper Mountain. Who couldn't enjoy a sight like this on top of the mountain?
Of course, the highlight would probably be fursuit skiing. Twelve of us had fun confusing many of the skiers as well as testing our own skiing skills while going down an average blue run in suit.
Guess, I still need to work on my technique with the ski poles.
Hats off to the Colorado Fur crew for putting all of this together.
Can't wait for next year!
